While we recognise the need for free postage within the UK, we are working hard to provide free postage world wide. Our prices are competitive for postage around the globe. Our preferred supplier is the Royal Mail who we have used over the many years as we feel they provide great service and value for money
All out jewellery is sent in our special protective jewellery case, so your item is guaranteed to come undamaged and safely.
Returns Policy
Faulty Items
All items which arrive faulty will be replaced free of charge and the original postage price will be refunded. Please can you use the 'Contact Us' section of this website stating your Name, Address and the Item of jewellery you are sending back. If the item is out of stock we will provide a full refund on the original payment method.
Non-Faulty items
If you are not happy with the item received you can return the item un-damaged within 7 days of receipt. Please follow the procedure below:
1. Send us your details through the 'Contact Us' section of this website. Stating your Name, Address the item of Jewellery you are returning and why you have decided to return the item, this is so we can improve the service we offer our customers.
2. We will provide a full refund from the payment method first provided, please note we cannot refund the original postage charge if purchased outside of the UK.
